In February and March 2025, Olivicoltori Toscani Associati will organize olive pruning courses dedicated to those who wish to learn or improve pruning techniques, essential for ensuring the health and productivity of olive trees.
Where and When the Courses Will Take Place The courses will be held in the provinces of Siena, Grosseto, and Florence according to the schedule below. Each course includes a total of 16 hours divided over two days:
- First Day: 4 hours of theoretical lessons in the classroom in the morning, followed by 4 hours of practical lessons in the field in the afternoon.
- Second Day: 8 hours entirely dedicated to field practice.
