At its headquarters in Cerbaia Val di Pesa, located in the hills of Florence, in addition to pressing and tasting olive oil produced according to traditional methods, O.T.A. is dedicated to the interests of Tuscan olive growers, offering them technical support and aiming at the sustainability of their olive oil production, both environmentally and economically.
